Staying over
A Room Beside Great Northern Casino
For anyone who came in from Peace River or Fort St. John, the drive home is the part to plan. Great Northern Casino has no rooms of its own, but a separate hotel stands right next door.

Next door
Service Plus, One Door Down
Great Northern Casino keeps no hotel rooms. Service Plus Inns & Suites, a separate hotel, stands right next door at 10810 107 Avenue, on the same street as the casino entrance. Instead of heading back to Grande Cache or Dawson Creek, you can check in and leave the drive for morning. The front desk answers at (780) 538-3900.
Inside the hotel is an indoor pool with a waterpark, a 210-foot waterslide and a hot tub. A hot breakfast comes with the room, so the morning starts before the road does. Some rooms take pets. If a dog rode in with you from Fairview, ask for one of those.
The pool
Pool and Waterslide Hours
The hotel pool opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. on weekdays. On weekends and holidays it opens later, at 9 a.m., and still closes at 10 p.m. Slot machines at the casino run until 3 a.m. or 4 a.m., so after a late night on the floor the swim waits for the morning.

Check-in
Check-In Rules at Service Plus
Every room at Service Plus is non-smoking. Pets stay only in ground-floor rooms, so anyone travelling with a dog or cat should mention it when calling ahead. The front desk asks for a credit card at check-in. Pack it next to the government photo ID that casino staff may ask to see. Rates come from the hotel itself, on (780) 538-3900.
Second hotel
Encore Suites, the Other Name
The casino also names Encore Suites as a place to stay. Its number is 587-259-0425. Both hotels, Encore Suites and Service Plus Inns & Suites, were part of the same June 2026 deal that brought the casino to PURE Casino Entertainment. Past the phone number and that ownership link, the desk has nothing else to report on it.
By RV
Bringing the RV Instead
Anyone bringing their bed along from Manning or Chetwynd has somewhere to park it. On the city's southern edge, Evergreen Park includes an RV campground with 75 full-service sites. Wild Horse Casino & Lounge sits on those same grounds, offering slot machines and VLTs without any table games. Its gaming floor is open every day from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., and only adults 18 and over are admitted.
